Bad service. I did a take away and waited 30 mins for my order. I was checking on my order if it was ready after waiting for 25 mins and the service staff answered back in a very rude manner. They don’t feel sorry at all. The best part is they only gave me half a packet of fries.

Staff was not as friendly as I can remember when visiting Jollibee. Food was good but missing items in our order was not good. I ordered pies along with my combos and the pies didn't show up. No water either and the fountain drink is not free refill. This place only accepts cash or netpay. No Visa or Mastercard here; which s@cks for tourists.

Tried spicy fried chicken and peach-mango pie. The fried chicken comes with gravy. It was better than expected. The pie was so so. The sauce inside was too watery and very hot.
I purchased through a kiosk, I didn’t not notice credit card payment option available.

My first time patronizing the store, serving burgers, rice meal, spaghetti, chicken. A mixture of Western and Oriental style. The food I ordered tasted well and service was quite prompt and located not far from the escalator heading down from the level 1.
